• Refunds: ImmiPrep offers a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you may request a refund within 24 hours of your initial payment. No refunds will be processed after this period.
• Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with the quality or functionality of the platform, please contact our customer support within 24 hours. We will either resolve the issue to your satisfaction or process your refund in accordance with this policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and features available through ImmiPrep are the property of ImmiPrep or its licensors. You are hereby granted a non-exclusive, limited license to use the Service only for the purposes of using the Services.
